This is incredibly powerful stuff. So glad I gave it a chance and read it. Really, for anyone experiencing ED or any other (often) cancer-related problems, this book is a gym. Buy it immediately. You'll be very very glad that you did.

This is an excellent book on a subject that is rarely spoken of. Not only does it address the needs of couples dealing with ED, it is about something much deeper. I would recommend to couples everywhere. It's really about what the world needs now. The authors are experts on this subject and their enthusiasm for the topic and their relationship is contagious. A perfect gift for couples in limbo about their love and their intimacy.
“Return to Sex and Intimacy” is a unique book. Authors Michael Russer and Jaqcueline Lopez took the “hero’s journey” through the bitter darkness of pain, fear and loss that is the cancer experience. They found and brought back to us some insights that everyone can find valuable, whether they’ve been touched by cancer, partnered with someone with cancer, or never even met somebody with cancer. They have achieved what seems to be an “altered state” of emotional, sexual and spiritual intimacy. I’m beyond impressed. Frankly I feel a little intimidated, but I know I want to find this kind of intimacy for myself. Cancer survivors, spouses and partners, read this book. It offers a way through some of the most daunting challenges of recovery and life after cancer, a way that can lead to a more fulfilling life.
Making real love is about being authentically present to another person all the time. Intercourse is merely one of many ways of expressing and experiencing that love. What Michael and Jacqueline have captured and given us is a method of making real love all the time. I think that is what we all really desire.
